– ARRIVING: We ask you to come 10:45 latest, so we can get started 11:00 o’clock sharp. We gather at Stoa Teatterisali. Stoa situates in Eastern Helsinki/Itäkeskus, easiest is to get there by taking metro to Itäkeskus (Adress: Turunlinnantie 1, 00900 Helsinki)
– LUNCH at own cost. You can bring your own provisions and there’s also a brunch (from 11 to 15) at the Stoa restaurant (cost 20,90€). It’s recommended to reserve a table beforehand. https://ravintolastoa.com/brunch/. We are sorry to say that we can’t offer you lunch since we’re organising the event without any funds.
– Stoa caffeteria is open to get coffee
– Day will end around 16:30
– During the meeting, we follow the principles of safer spaces.
