“Resources and demands in artistic work – how to lead creative potential?”
Artists face specific stress factors and demands in their work, such as continuity, creativity, professional competition, social appreciation, and financial insecurity. How is it possible to live with these realities and carry on working in unstable circumstances? What psychosocial resources can be strengthened and what stress factors can be relieved in artistic work? What can be influenced and what should be accepted at the societal level?
