Welcome to Studio Ding Yi’s first major event in Finland. It consists of an art exhibition titled Layers of subconscious – The West in Chinese ink, and the launch of accessory design brand Ding’s Narrative House (DNH) on the same day!

The dominating ingredients of the art exhibition are water, Chinese ink, pen and paper. These allow for the reflection of life in Europe that Ding Yi has been living for the past couple of years.

DNH transforms Ding’s artworks into products. The concept behind this is wearable art. The brand is all about trying to tell my art story to people and make them connect with the parts of it they can relate to or feel intrigued of.

Ding’s Narrative House will also selling new design products including ceramic jewellery and art silk scarfs in the gallery during exhibition time.
