For whom:
 Visual artists and designers residing in Uusimaa who have been unemployed for at least one year .
 
Objective of the project :
The artist produces a work of art or work of art for public space (eg, nursing homes , schools, day care centers, hospitals, etc.) , also environmental art projects are welcome.
 
Working period is 6 months. The project is implemented jointly with TE office. Prior to project submission, it is the artist’s responsibility to determine his or her eligibility for the project by contacting local TE(Employment) offices 
 
The application and required attachments:
– A letter of intent and curriculum vitae
– 5-10 examples of recent work
– TE office  confirmation of his or her elegibility. 
– Work plan
