Life is Book
Event created with a similar structure of a The Human Library� �which is designed to build a positive framework for discussion-, to change conversations that can challenge stereotypes and prejudices around the topic: What does it mean to be a woman nowadays?
When?
March 8th, 2017. At CAISA International Cultural Centre from 14:00 to 17:00 hours.
How?
You could contribute voluntarily with this project as a human book for a day.
Steps:
- Think something that you want to share: personal experiences, histories, anecdotes; myths, beliefs, traditions, or� something that you consider could contribute to the elimination of stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination around women vs: education, family, culture, work, gender, relationships, art, society, hobbies, law, etc�
- Choose your language. It could be in your mother tongue, but also if you want and if you speak more than one language, you could be bilingual or multilingual human book.
- Choose your time. Life is a Book will be open from 14:00 to 17:00hrs. It will start at 14:00 and it changes every half hour.
The timetable is the followed: 14:00-14:30 hours, 14:30-15:00 hours, 15:00-15:30 hours, 15:30-16:00 hours, 16:00-16:30 hours, 16:30-17:00 hours.*** You could choose one or more turns***.

For example:
�Stereotypes about Peruvian Women and Education�. They dance very well. They are raise to have a husband. They are good in housekeeping. They just go to school to find husbands.
Available from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs. Multilingual human book in Spanish, French, English.
