What kind of bodies are we accustomed to see on stage? What kind of stories are being told? How can we increase consciousness and break norms that are linked to gender and sexuality in theater work?
Ntverket fr tillgnglighet p teatern (accessibility network in the branch of theater) organizes a seminar on these issues on 12 December in Wasa Teater, Vaasa from 10:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. The seminar is primarily aimed for professionals and students in the field. The language of the seminar is Swedish, but also Finnish, English and Sign Languages can be used.
The seminar is free of charge. All participants need to register at the latest on 22 November on DuvTeaterns website. The stage is accessible and the theatre has an accessible toilet. There will be an induction loop in the facilities during the seminar.
