Villa Lill Kallvik located in Aurinkolahti, Vuosaari offers a free of charge weeklong residency, 10.-16.1. 2022. The space consists of one large room (60 m2) with bright floor length windows, another smaller room with screening possibilities and a kitchen (24m2). The space can be used from 9-23 throughout the residency but sleeping in the Villa is not allowed.
The mini-residency is an ideal place to write your novel, rehearse your theater project or plan your next exhibition. Unfortunately because it is a historically significant space the Villa is not suitable for painting/sculpting or other potentially messy works.
If you or your working group would like to apply please write a short paragraph introducing yourself and what you wish to do with your time in the Villa (in no more than 150 words). Submit by 14.11.2021 to and we’ll let you know by 1.12.2021.
