Would you like to curate some of Catalysti next year events?
We are looking for two curators for the Week Against Racism and World Village Festival 2019. Please find here below the dates of the events and other info:
Week Against Racism: March 19th-23rd March 2019, live art event: one date in that week, possible location Lavaklubi / Kansallisteatteri, Helsinki.
The theme for the edition 2019 will be diversity in all its forms, with special attention to the LGBTQ community.
World Village Festival: 25th-26th May 2019, Kaisaniemi park, Helsinki.
Invent a concept on the theme festival, Climate Change: on its basis, you can design a participatory installation and 2-3 experimental and performance art performances.
The festival will provide one container for the installation, which will be possibly located on the railway station square.
The live performances will take place in the street along the National Theatre.
Next year there is no geographical focus, as the festival celebrates its 20 years of activity.
