Catalysti is gathering propositions for the participation to Integration 2018, Moniheli fair, in Helsinki, Kulttuuritalo, on 18.-19.8.2018. https://integration2018.com/en/

You can propose two kinds of events, for the evening of 18.9 in Vapaa Taiteen tila, at 6-9 pm:

– live music (duration about 50 min.)

– finger food from 2-3 world areas, including at least one vegetarian option. It will be for about 300 people. All the food will have to be served cold, in Vapaa Taiteen tila there is no possibility to warm it up.

As for the budget, Moniheli will cover all the expenses.

Please provide a detailed budget, with fees, materials, equipment rental.

For the finger food, please write the price per person / 1 portion, expenses for food, fees and other expenses.
