Art Goes Kapakka Urban Festival is arranged for the 20th time in Helsinki�s central bars, caf�s and restaurants 14.-23.8. 2014. The festival seeks for interesting high-quality programmes and performances that offer new experiences and open the actual streams in arts for the audience.
